Services (the “service”) and material (the “material”) of iruSlider is provided “as is” with absolutely no warranty or accuracy. We may have provided some material with errors and you are to use it at your own risk.
We also provide web blogs in which you can publish whatever you decite to post. However we check regulary the content of all blogs hosted in iruslider.com in order to detect illegal activities that would cause inmediate cancelation or suspension of the service.
Proper use
iruSlider releases most of its materials with a creative commons license, except those with explicit legend of copyright. We will do our best to let you know when you deal with a copyrighted material but it is your responsibility to check the license of all materials that you can obtain here.
You can copy, modify and create derivate works from materials released under the creative common license. In any case you cannot commercialize with any of the materials of iruSlider nor derivate works result of modifications or adaptations to the material. You understand that if you modify any material of iruSlider, derivate works will keep the same license.

If you post copyrighted material, we assume that you have such rights. In case we detect any ilegal activity in your blog, we will suspended the service and we reserve the right to do it without notice you.
Termination / Cancellation
iruSlider reserves the right to end its services, cancel or terminate your account and license agreements at any time without notice you.
Privacy
iruSlider does not share your personal information like your email with anybody. But we reserve the right to share such information in case it was necessary to collaborate with legal authorities.
In case you decide to terminate you account, all the information you provided or wrote in your blog will be stored and archived in our data bases until an administrator decides to delete it.
We shall not use or provide with your email address to third parties. If we need to contact you, we will do it through or support department, always using email addresses under our domain name.
